“When conducting focus groups or depth interviews in Melbourne, CONSUMER CONTACT prefers to use Hambleton’s research facility.  It is always our very first choice.  Rowan completely understands the needs of researchers and the facility provides the perfect environment for researcher, client and respondents, too.  I cannot speak highly enough of this venue and its management.”

Barbara Riley-Smith,
Director, CONSUMER CONTACT Market Research
Sydney

"I have known Hambletons for ever and all I can say is that if you want whiny service from someone who has no idea about research and itsy bitsy harping on and on about respondents turning up with a friend and then trying to shoehorn your client’s whole Marketing Department into a dingy room with walls so thin respondents can hear the client cacking themselves laughing while they watch the focus groups on a crackly black and white TV set from a plastic three legged seat, with no air-conditioning or semblance of refreshments and all you ever get is a surly scowl with lots of tutting and an extra bill the size of NSW when you ask for a frosty can of Coke for one of the respondents who is dying of thirst because they can’t stand the cheap instant coffee and powdered milk or the tea that’s been brewed since last night’s groups and to be then asked if you wanted the groups on film after they have happened and where you have to cut the groups short because four other researchers are waiting in queue down the hall with their groups.

Then Hambletons is not for you".
