Charging Policy
You get quoted an all up fee, we do not charge by individual item, so you can plan your research budgets with accuracy. We see this as part and parcel of how we do business. Items such as pens, light refreshments, butcher’s paper, names stickers and the like are a part of your initial booking fee. Our Standard Group Discussion Session is up to 2 hours.
Included in your Group Room Booking:
- DVD or USB of Discussion
- Light refreshments for respondents
- Light refreshments for clients
Our All inclusive Fee:

- Other room booking fees e.g. In Depths, Day rates, Run of House etc can also be provided on request
